This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: If you're experiencing issues where old content that no longer appears on your page is still visible in the Advanced Translation Editor after switching from Elementor to Generatepress Blocks, this summary might help. Solution: We recommend switching to the WordPress editor on the affected page and then switching back to the WPML Translation Editor. This action should help in removing the outdated main content from the editor.

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.
Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.
The first page, which prompted me to open this ticket, still has a main section and an additional section with GeneratePress. However, the content in the main section is not displayed.
On a second page, this issue doesn’t occur—it works as expected.
I’m now deleting all strings related to the Elementor domain to see if that helps.

I suspect that setting different options on the translated page caused an issue and the database entry got corrupted.
We can only escalate issues if they are replicable.
Take note, that I already took a local copy of your site, and the only solution was to duplicate the original page. The issue was not replicable after that.
Also, on a new WPML test site with Elementor, this issue does not occur. You can test this here:

This means, that the corruption of data might have occurred a longer time ago, which means in a prior version of one of the involved plugins, and this issue is now solved.
Such bugfixes can not repair content that got damaged and duplicating the original content or sometimes even recreating the whole content is the only solution.
We can close this ticket. However, it might be possible to improve the WPML editor’s save function so that it also removes old content, similar to the WordPress editor.
