Background of the issue:
I had Loco Translate plugin and started using your plugin. I am trying to upload a .po file and it doesn't work.
i also have problem with the checkout page,this problem hasnt been,its mean if i upload my backup without your plug in it whould be ok.

Symptoms:
The .po file upload does not work.

Questions:
What could be causing the .po file upload to fail?
Are there specific steps to follow for uploading .po files in WPML?

We can import the *.po file after choosing the string domain. Please check the following documentation and attached image for more details.
