Hello,

we are checking but issue does not happen locally, only on your server and we can not debug much it there, since it seems to be a server configuration error, and it is difficult for us to know what.

I waiting for 2nd tier to see if there is anything else we can do here.

Hello,

our 2nd tier is still checking the issue and trying to help so there could be some changes and issue on your website, we will update you with more info when we are done.

You have also given permission for us to try anything we can to help, so some steps may cause problems, you should have a backup to restore to from your side.

Also, to answer your doubts, we can not know if it is due to configuration, or server setup or limits of your server, it is just a guess that something is not correct, since it works fine on any other server / hosting we check.

I will update with our conclusion when our 2nd support updates me.

Hello,

our 2nd tier checked your theme code and saw a lot of ACF JSON files, so tried to sync them, but that caused server timeout. You can revert to any backup you have from before.

I am afraid we can not check much more here, or help with this case as it is related to your server configuration, as you have seen issue is not happening on any other server, so we can not even debug the issue further.

Since this is server issue best we can advise is contacting your server support, hiring server expert to set and check your server configuration or migrate your website to another hosting / server.

Hi,

As I have said have tried to sync your local ACF fields from theme.

I am sorry that this experience has left you frustrated—we completely understand how important it is for your site to function properly.

We want to clarify that we only took action on the staging site, and we did so with your explicit permission to try anything needed in order to resolve the WPML issue. Our intention was always to help, not to cause any further problems.

The situation is especially complex because the issue only occurs on your server, and we’ve done our best to troubleshoot based on that environment as issue did not happen anywhere else. Unfortunately, it hasn't been straightforward.

We advise to revert to backup done before or migrate a website to a working server / hosting and we would be glad to help with related WPML issue you may have.
