Background of the issue:
I have a product filter created with WBW Product Filter Plugin. It is located on a shop page in the sidebar.

Symptoms:
WPML does not translate the names of the filters and does not show the filter fields.

Questions:
How to fix the problem of WPML not translating the names of the filters?
How to make WPML show the filter fields?

Thank you for contacting us.

Upon review, it appears that the "WBW Product Filter Plugin" has not been listed as compatible or tested with the WPML plugin. You can verify this by checking the following link: https://wpml.org/plugin/?wpv_view_count=120064&wpv-plugin-functionality=0&wpv_post_search=WBW+&wpv-wpcf-recommendation-flag=&wpv_filter_submit=Search

To translate the strings from that plugin, I recommend using the String Translation plugin. If you can't find the strings using the search form, you can scan the plugin first, following these instructions: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#scan-the-theme-or-plugin
