Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my ACF field group in the option page of my site hidden link using WPML.

Symptoms:
Some fields in my option page are locked and cannot change translation.

Questions:
Why are some fields in my option page locked and cannot be translated?
How can I translate my ACF field group in the option page?
