I tested translating a DIVI Global Layer on our sandbox site here: hidden link and confirmed that it translates correctly into another language here: hidden link This suggests the issue is specific to the older Global Layer you are using. To test this, I created a new Global Layer (as shown in the attached screenshot) and translated it, and it worked correctly here: hidden link Could you please try creating a new Global Layer on your site, translate it, and let me know if it works as expected?
