Hi there.

Thanks for reaching out!

Before this ticket gets assigned to one of my colleagues, I will try to help.

That 404 error when trying to sync menus definitely isn’t expected, and I can see how that would be frustrating.

Usually, when something like this happens, it’s often related to either caching, permalinks, or a conflict somewhere in the setup. A good first step would be to go to Settings > Permalinks in the WordPress dashboard and simply hit "Save Changes" without modifying anything—this forces WordPress to refresh its rewrite rules, which might resolve the issue right away.

If the problem persists, it’s worth checking if any security plugins or server settings might be blocking access to WPML’s menu sync page. Sometimes, certain security configurations restrict access to admin URLs, especially ones that are dynamically generated. If you have a security plugin active, temporarily disabling it just for a quick test could help confirm whether that’s playing a role.

Another thing to check is whether the WPML plugin and all related add-ons are fully updated. If anything is out of date, updating could resolve the issue.

Create a full website backup first and then please go to Plugins > Add new > Commercial > Click "check for updates" > and update to the latest versions of our plugins.

Let us know how things go and if you were able to fix the issue.

Could you please try the following?

1. Update WPML – I noticed in the debug information that you are currently using WPML Multilingual CMS 4.6.15. We recently released WPML 4.7.0, which includes significant improvements and fixes. Please update WPML by following these steps:
- Go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial
- Click "Check for updates"
- Update to the latest versions of WPML plugins

2. Check for Plugin Conflicts – Deactivate all plugins except for WPML and check if the issue persists. If the page loads correctly, another plugin might be causing a conflict.

3. Switch to a Default Theme – Temporarily change your theme to a WordPress default like Twenty Twenty and see if the menu sync page works. This will help determine if the issue is related to your theme.

Could you confirm once you have updated WPML and tested the other steps? Let me know if the issue persists after these checks.
