[Resolved] I'm getting a lot of Fatal errors

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to save the homepage and encountered errors related to WPML and translation jobs.

Solution:
We recommended the client to take the following steps:
1. Ensure a full backup of the website and database.
2. Deactivate all plugins except WPML and its addons to check for the issue.
3. Reactivate each plugin one by one, checking the issue after each activation to identify any conflicts.
4. If the issue persists, repeat the steps with a default WordPress theme.

The client resolved the issue by removing translation jobs that were still present, possibly due to removing a translator without canceling their jobs.

If you're experiencing similar issues, we recommend you follow the steps outlined above. However, if the solution does not apply to your case, or if it's outdated, please check the related known issues, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Before proceeding further, may I ask you to try the following?

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand. It is highly advised to try the following on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.

- Deactivate all plugins except WPML and its addons and check for the issue.
- Activate each plugin one-by-one, while keeping check on the issue after a plugin is activated. This way you'll be able to pinpoint a plugin having a conflict (or problem), if any.
- If the problem persists, repeat the above steps with a default theme of WordPress (i.e. 2021 or 2024).

Hi Waqas,

Thanks for the quick response, I had tried that but the issue was within WPML.

After fiddling around a little more it seems like the issue came from some translation jobs still being present.
Maybe because I removed the translator as translator in the site without canceling all their jobs?

However I can save the homepage again after removing those jobs!
