Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the categories Dashboard, Museums, and Countries using WPML. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
I expected to see a translation option, but instead, I got no translate option.

Questions:
Why is the translation option missing for the categories?
How can I enable the translation option for these categories?
