Background of the issue:
I am trying to copy a page with a lot of images using WPML and Elementor. The original page works fine, but the translated or duplicated page does not display some images.
Symptoms:
Images do not appear on the translated or duplicated page, although they appear in Elementor.
Questions:
Why are some images not appearing on the translated or duplicated page?
How can I ensure all images are copied correctly when translating or duplicating a page using WPML?
I understand the issue you're experiencing. While reviewing the translated page, I noticed numerous errors in the console(Originates from a function within the 'Nitropack' plugin). Additionally, the default image widget is not loading on the translated page. It appears that a conflict is preventing the image from displaying correctly on the translated page.
Please try the following steps to see if they resolve the issue:
1. Clear the caches from all optimization plugins you are using. If possible, temporarily disable them (Nitropack, Cache Enabler).
2. Open the default page in the Elementor editor.
3. Remove the images and save the changes.
4. Add the images again and save the changes. Exit from the editor.
5. Open the same page in the WordPress editor.
6. Ensure the options marked in this hidden link">screenshot are selected.
7. Update the translation.
After completing these steps, check if the images are showing on the frontend. If they are, gradually reactivate the optimization plugins and verify if the issue persists.
Let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.
Thanky but I really did not want to add manually 100 of images.
