I have this issue on my live website, I've been able to replicate it on the staging version running the bare minimum necessary plugins.

A previous support agent, Paola, told me that using WPML Media Translation plugin would fix my issue but it didn't:

Hello,

Thank you for the videos, from my experience, it seems to be a compatibility issue with the theme, using Media Translation or the change it manually should change the files slugs.

In order to see if this issue is happening because of the configuration of your site, or just the combination of your site theme/builder & WPML we need to isolate the issue.

I’ve created a sandbox here: hidden link

I’ve already configured WPML in 2 languages.

Please do the following:

- Open the Sandbox link mentioned above
- Download and activate Houzez theme with the builder you are using
- Create a basic property with some image and text in the default language.
- Translate the page and save the changes.

Does the issue replicate?

Please note that we only need the theme/plugin and the related functionality, you don’t need to set up an entire website or clone your existing site.
