This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing issues with WPML where the translation queue does not load, and string translation does not work when attempting to translate products. Solution: We recommend the following steps to address the issues: 1. Temporarily pause automatic translation if it is active: * Go to WPML → Translation Dashboard. * At the top, in the settings, find the option to pause or disable automatic translations and apply this change. 2. Check with your hosting provider to enable or provide FTP access. This will allow us to review server logs and other relevant information to investigate the issue more effectively.
If these steps do not resolve the issue or if the solution seems outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WPML Multilingual CMS.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 6.8.3
Active theme: Storefront (version 4.6.1)
Current plugin: WPML Multilingual CMS (version 4.8.5)
PHP version 8.3.27
I wasn’t able to install any of the plugins I mentioned earlier or create a copy of your site, as the hosting provider is blocking these actions.
I looked further into the issue on the admin side, but for now I don’t see an apparent cause.
Could you please check with your hosting provider whether FTP access can be enabled or provided?
With FTP access, I can review server logs and other relevant information, which will help us investigate the issue more effectively.
