In buddyboss are mouse over cards for members and groups, but in another language it is not working

ericH-23	Background of the issue: I am trying to use mouse over cards for members and groups in BuddyBoss, but they are not working in another language. Symptoms: The mouse over cards are not available in another language and display 'Failed to load data.' Questions: Why are the mouse over cards not working in another language? How can I fix the 'Failed to load data' error for translated mouse over cards?
