Background of the issue:
Hi.
We recently noticed a bug in our online store.
We have two currencies defined in it: euro and Czech koruna.
The bug occurs with Czech crowns (link below). On the category page in Czech, the prices are often displayed in euros on the first load. Only when I refresh the page a colloquial time, they are loaded in the correct currency.
However, a bigger error occurs in pagination. When Czech crowns load on the first page, when I go to 2,3, etc. the prices are in euros. It looks as if some script is not replacing the currency correctly, as I assume the products are being downloaded via ajax.
We contacted support from our current theme, but they said that it is not an error on their side but on the side of the WPML Multicurrency plugin, which returns the EUR currency in request when pagination.
Please verify the problem, as this is inconvenient for both us and the end customer.
If you need admin panel, FTP access, we can of course grant it.
Regards, Daniel.
can you please help me with that issue?
We are using The Gem which according to your site is compatible with WMPL. The problem occurs here: hidden link
when you change the page = 2, the currency change to EUR instead of Kc.
Have you tried disabling all non-WPML plugins, switching to one of the default themes, and checking whether the issue still persists or not?
Please remember to create a backup of your site (both files and the database) before making any updates or changes. This is always a good practice.
Look forward to your reply.
Thanks
