This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client needs to insert translations into a new site and wants to know if changing the WPML account after inserting the translations will cause them to be lost.
Solution:
We have confirmed that the translations are saved in the website database. Therefore, changing your WPML account will not result in the loss of your inserted translations. The customer can easily translate the site and then remove the site from their WPML dashboard without causing translation issues.
If this solution is irrelevant because it may be outdated or not applicable to your case, we suggest you open a new support ticket. We strongly recommend that you check the known issues, check the version of the permanent solution, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
