Background of the issue:
I'm experiencing a conflict between the Travellicious theme and WPML plugin on my site hidden link. Although Travellicious is not officially compatible with WPML, it's the theme that best suits my needs. I use several custom fields for tours, including 'Included/Not Included' content, 'Old price/Current price,' and 'Booking link.' In WPML settings, I've enabled translation for 'Included' and 'Not Included' fields and disabled translation for 'Current price,' 'Old price,' and 'Booking link' fields.

Symptoms:
When I modify prices or booking links by editing the tour, the 'Included' and 'Not Included' content disappears from the translated pages. To fix this, I re-enter the translation editor (the old one) and save without changes, which restores the 'Included/Not Included' content but reverts the booking link and prices to the original values.

Questions:
Is there a solution or workaround to this conflict that would allow both sets of data to remain intact when editing either the original tour or its translations?
