Issue translating ACF Options page

georgeC-7	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate an ACF Options page and the change doesn't take effect, unless I temporarily deactivate Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual plugin. So, I deactivate the plugin, make the change and activate it again. The issue only appears in ACF options page. Symptoms: Questions:

Background of the issue:
