Background of the issue:
I am experiencing an issue when translating a blog page using WPML in combination with Elementor. On the source domain (NL), the text is displayed correctly when input via the Elementor editor. However, after translation, the line breaks do not appear correctly. Here is an example of the original HTML structure (in Dutch) and how it is altered in the translated (English) version: hidden link

Symptoms:
The problem occurs after sentences end with a space followed by a period. In the translated version, instead of preserving the paragraph structure ( tags), tags are being added, causing each sentence to appear on a new line. This issue does not occur when using the native WordPress editor, suggesting a potential conflict between WPML and Elementor.

Questions:
Why are tags being added instead of preserving the tags in the translated version?
Is there a known conflict between WPML and Elementor that causes this issue?
How can I ensure the paragraph structure is preserved in the translated text?
