This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are trying to display all activated languages in the WPML language switcher on your website, but only English and French appear in the dropdown menu, despite having other languages activated and translated.
Solution:
We recommend using the WPML language switcher instead of the theme's default language switcher. You can set this up by navigating to WPML >> Languages page on your WordPress dashboard. For more details on configuring the WPML language switcher, please visit Language Switcher Options.
If the problem continues, we suggest providing temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site, preferably a staging site, so we can further investigate and debug the issue. Before doing so, please ensure you back up your database and website, and we will need your permission to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, and to change configurations on the site.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
