Background of the issue:

Symptoms:
The tickets I issued today do not show up in my ticket overview. Instead, I only see old tickets.
Questions:
Why are my newly issued tickets not showing in the ticket overview?
Did my tickets reach the support team?
Yes, I have submitted two other tickets that dont show.
This ticket is just about them not showing.
My other tickets are about:
1) How can I switch off the automatic translation AND revert the process of existing automatic translations (the system did this automatically). I want to use the "classic" mode and the system does not let me switch
2) I dont want the system to translate my product titles.
Thank you for the update. I checked with our System team, and they couldn’t find any new tickets from your side apart from this one.
Could you please share the ticket links or confirmation messages you received after submitting those tickets (may be found in your browser cache)? This will help us track them down.
Also, please confirm that the tickets weren’t sent by email, as those wouldn’t be registered in our system.
