I know WPML is not compatible with ATUM Multi-Inventory plugin, but I thought of asking in case there is a workaround for my issue.
ATUM Multi-Inventory uses geolocation to locate customers via their IP address and it does that by showing a popup screen asking the customer to confirm the detected country or choose the correct one.
I localized ATUM Multi-Inventory plugin in the "Strings in Plugins" section of WPML and, through String Translation, I found the related strings in the popup message and translated all of them.
Yet, when I go to the Arabic version of my website, I still get the message in English, except for the country's name which is translated correctly to Arabic.
The website you visited is the translated Arabic version of the website:
hidden link
The popup screen is generated by the ATUM Multi-Inventory plug ( hidden link) in when I activate geolocation feature on that plugin.
After localizing this plug in and searching for its contents in String Translation, I managed to find all the related texts and I translated them into Arabic (screenshot attached).
Yet, after all that the Arabic version of my website still shows the English version of the popup screen of Multi-Inventory plugin.
if possible, please translate both occurrences as shown in your screenshot only one is translated.
Once that is done, also enable the feature (bottom of WPML String Translation dashboard)
Auto register strings for translation -> Look for strings while pages are readings.
Visit your site again and load the pop up, then check string translation again for any new strings that might have been registered.
If this fails as well, please contact your plugins (ATUM) support and ask them for their feedback regarding this behavior as they do know their code best, and let me know their feedback.
