Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps and try to help with the issue quickly.
As I can see these emails are coming from the Stripe checkout payment gateway enabled on your website via WooCommerce settings, it is not related to WPML. If all of the emails are the same as the one you shared, then I advise checking with Stripe plugin support on why you received so many, it is not triggered or related to WPML.
