Problem:
You are trying to display translated strings in Acowebs Woocommerce Custom Product Addons on the front end, but the translations are not appearing.
Solution:
We recommend following these steps to ensure all necessary strings are translated:
1. Navigate to WPML-> Theme and plugins localization, select your theme/plugin, and perform a scan.
2. Go to WPML-> String Translation.
3. Scroll down and click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link.
4. Search for the required strings.
5. Select the strings.
6. Click on the "Add to String Translation" button.
7. Then click on the "« Return to String Translation" link.
8. Translate the strings, clear the cache, and check the front end again.

Background of the issue:

Please try the following steps to check if other strings need to be translated:

1- Go to WPML-> Theme and plugins localization, select your theme/plugin, and scan
2- Go to WPML-> String Translation
3- Scroll down and click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link
4- Search for the needed strings
5- Select the strings
6- Click on the "Add to String Translation" button
7- Then click on the "« Return to String Translation" link
8- Translate the strings, clear the cache, and check the front end

I already did it what you suggest. Anyway now I can see the strings are translated: it was probably a cache issue.
