Thanks for contacting us. This isn't a known issue, and could you please navigate to WPML > Languages > Site Languages > Add/Remove Languages and check the Filipino language?
it was not there, I reinstalled yesterday.. It's a Filipino custom language.
What's also strange is, when you have a brand new language installed, normally you see no pages until you have them translated.. but for some reason, the Filipino language site shows all in English.. Do you have any clue what could have happened?
Thanks for your reply. I've checked your translation records, and there aren't many pages being translated into Filipino. Mostly pending for translation, and there are around 10-15 pages fully translated.
I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
Thanks for your reply. Yes, please share access to the staging site first. Please backup and share the credentials using the private reply option provided.
Thanks for your reply. I've checked and I can see your Filipino language is set as "hidden" as shown in the attached screenshot in WPML > Languages > Hide languages. If you want to show this language to your users, you need to remove that checkbox.
