Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the home page from German (GE) to English (EN), but it leads to the Search Engine Optimization page. This issue has occurred a few times lately. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

The translation of the home page from GE to EN redirects to the Search Engine Optimization page unexpectedly.
