[Closed] Langue does not delete

Background of the issue:
I am trying to remove Russian as an additional language from my WordPress site using WPML. I have deactivated Russian, and I am attempting to delete its content by clicking the 'Delete Russian content' button. The issue can be seen at the following link: hidden link

Symptoms:
After clicking the 'Delete Russian content' button, the warning block about deactivated Russian translations does not disappear. When I refresh the page, the block reappears, indicating that I can't completely delete Russian.

Why does the warning block about Russian translations reappear after refreshing the page?
How can I completely delete Russian content from my site?
