Can someone else please take a look at it. On average, I get one response per day - usually I get much faster replies.
This ticket is so important because my website is down, and I am unable to sell during Christmastime.

We can all see the existing tickets in the queue (the ones that were not taken yet) and the time they were created.
We take them in the order they were created, as expected.
So I saw yours, I saw the urgency in the title and I clicked to check it and see if there's anything that I can do quickly. We also try to leave first replies whenever possible.
But once the ticket is assigned to someone, we don't know what ticket each person has so it is up to the supporter to handle the matter.
Once again, I wrote to my colleague and hopefully, things will move faster.
