Hi there,

I have a very pressing issue. Here is the ticket: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/plugin-multilingual-cms-blocks-my-website-if-activated/

Can someone else please take a look at it. On average, I get one response per day - usually I get much faster replies.
This ticket is so important because my website is down, and I am unable to sell during Christmastime.

I would appreciate any help.

The issue is that the ticket queue is a bit full at this moment but I will let my colleague know about this.

Thank you Apetrei. I appreciate that you reach out. I just wonder why you reply so fast and in the important ticket the reply takes much longer.
What should I do if I dont get a reply in the next hours?

Hi there.

I already got in touch with my colleague.

We can all see the existing tickets in the queue (the ones that were not taken yet) and the time they were created.

We take them in the order they were created, as expected.

So I saw yours, I saw the urgency in the title and I clicked to check it and see if there's anything that I can do quickly. We also try to leave first replies whenever possible.

But once the ticket is assigned to someone, we don't know what ticket each person has so it is up to the supporter to handle the matter.

Once again, I wrote to my colleague and hopefully, things will move faster.
