Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the website hidden link into English using WPML. We are experiencing issues with the Limo King theme where a lot of texts in Italian are not recognized. We attempted to use the classic version of the editor, but we see complex JSON-like structures in each field, which seems incorrect.

Symptoms:
Texts in Italian are not recognized for translation, and JSON-like structures appear in the editor fields.

Questions:
Can you help us resolve the issue with the Limo King theme and WPML?
Why are the texts in Italian not recognized for translation?
What is causing the JSON-like structures to appear in the editor fields?

Would it be possible for you to install the latest version of the theme on the following test site and recreate the issue, so that we can work on a solution?

If so, please let me know and I will be sending you a login link to a test site.

HI guys,
I don't think it's possible to install that theme on a domain other than the one linked to the license. However, I can provide you with the access to the site we are working on so that you can do your checks. In that case, can I write the access here on the ticket?

I would like to offer to take a closer look and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the site to investigate the issue further.

Please be sure to back up the site and database before granting us access.

I may need to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" here to create a copy of the site that I can use to investigate the issue further.

However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or copy of the website from your server for this purpose.

If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Please note that WPML must also be registered on this staging site at https://wpml.org/de/account/websites/.

If you are not able to provide such a copy of the website for testing, please let me know on this ticket.

Hi Andreas, thank you for your great availability. However, I wanted to tell you that a new collaborator of ours who had experience with WPML managed to fix all the translations. So for now we are fine. Thanks anyway for everything. You are always available and the plugin, although complicated, is always the best on the market. We will write to you again if we find other difficulties. Hi Luciano
