This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client translated the site logo added to the Woodmart theme but it's translated only on desktop. On mobiles, all the languages still show the same logo.

Solution:
We checked the header settings and the logo was added in different elements for mobile and desktop. The desktop uses HTML block element while the mobile uses a logo element.

To translate the mobile logo, please try the following steps:

1- Get the Logo image ID from the media library
2- Go to WPML-> String Translation-> Translate Admin text, and search for the ID
3- Add the ID to the String Translation
4- Get the translated Logo image ID from the media library
5- Go to WPML-> String Translation, and translate the ID

Hi Cesare,
Thanks for contacting WPML support.

1. To ensure the quickest and most accurate support, please provide your debug information so that I can get a look at some of your configurations. You can find it in WPML > Support > click on “Debug information” link. Please check this link for more info: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

2. I checked the site and it shows different logo image files for mobiles, please try the following steps to translate it:

- Get the mobile Logo file URL from the media library
- Go to WPML-> String Translation-> Translate Admin text, and search for the URL
- Add it to the String Translation
- Get the translated Logo URL from the media library
- Go to WPML-> String Translation, and translate the URL there

Let me know please if that helps.

Kind regards,
Mohamed

I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to investigate the issue further.
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website first❌

Hello and thank you, I have published copy where you can operate without problems. The access token is valid for 1 month. Once the problem has been solved, I will then reply on the site in production. If you need to access the files, you will find the file manager installed in WordPress.

Thanks again, I'm waiting

Hi,

I checked the header settings and the logo was added in different elements for mobile and desktop. The desktop uses HTML block element while the mobile uses a logo element.

To translate the mobile logo, please go to String Translation and search for the logo image ID instead of the URL then translate it.

You can get the ID by editing the image file in the Media library then checking the URL (Please check the attached screenshots).
