This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
After translating the page, the logo link added with Divi points to the default language.

Solution:
The logo link was added as a relative link (/link) which can't be translated. The issue was resolved by editing the translated page with Divi then adding the correct link to the logo.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
My website has 2 different logos for 2 different language. The url for the English logo is correct, however when I redirect it for the Malay logo it keeps going back to the english website url.

What is the link to your site?
For English:
hidden link
For Malays
hidden link

Another issue is I would like for the language switcher to temporarily only appear on my Malay language site, how do it do that?
This url : hidden link

Hi there,
Thanks for contacting WPML support.

The logo URL should be pointing to the correct language automatically. If you use a custom URL for the logo, please try the following steps:

1. Go to WPML-> String Translation-> Translate Admin text,
2. Search for the link of the original logo
3. Select the string and add it to String Translation
4. Go to WPML-> String Translation
5. Find the URL and translate it

Please check here for more details: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#translate-admin-and-settings-strings

Kindly note that we handle one issue per ticket for better support, so I created a new ticket for the other issue you mentioned.

We will continue the discussion here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-show-the-language-switcher-on-malay-language-only/

Kind regards,
Mohamed

I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin) to investigate the issue further.
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

Thanks,

I checked the page header and found that you're using a custom relative link (Not the full path link) for this logo which WPML can't translate.

I fixed the issue by editing the Malay page with the Divi builder and adding the correct link.

Please check and confirm if the issue is resolved.
