Hi there. At the top of that page where you see that 100 credits were used, you should have a button to UNDO the automatic translation to recover the credits. Can you also please make sure that inside WPML > Settings, at the top area, we have "Translate what you choose" selected instead of "Translate everything automatically"? Please let me know how things go and if this helps. Mihai Apetrei |

Hi, "Translate what you choose" is selected since the WPML setup progress. Never changed it to automatically. But, despite that, I could see below that Translation engines, 4 in total that was checked and I unchecked them. As you can see in the screenshot, available credits are zero, it was always zero but in the first domain underneath 1404 credits were used. I don't understand how this is possible. The license there was activated as "in development", I am not sure if this has to do with that but after migrating to the original domain (production site) I don't see the automatic translation enabled any more. Anyway, you can close this ticket if you think there is nothing to investigate, since in production site it looks good. |

Ok, thank you for the update. I am happy to hear that things are better now on the production environment. We can leave things as is for now as the situation is a bit confusing and we don't see it happening on production. However, please do not hesitate to get back to us if you ever ecounter issues at some point. |
