Thank you for getting in touch. Could you please specify the type of image file you're attempting to translate?

Additionally, there might be a third-party plugin causing conflicts with media translation. To troubleshoot this, you can follow the conflict test outlined here: https://wpml.org/faq/checklist-before-opening-a-ticket-in-wpml-support/#4-is-a-theme-or-a-plugin-causing-a-conflict and see if it resolves the issue.

I did already all these steps, no way the problem is because of WPML, this is a normal image in product page!
if there might be a third-party plugin causing conflicts with media translation you should investigate that, i have spent a lot of time trying fix this issue, i need your assistance i will give you the staging area access and you could disable all plugins or try some other method, thanks
