Background of the issue:
I was trying to add media for translation, but in WPML -> Media Translation, it doesn't show all media. For example, GEA-L-Sonde-DB-EN-v4.0-01-2021-2-2.pdf is not on the list, but it exists in the media. After I clicked on Settings -> Media Translation -> Start, now the product page or any other page doesn't open for German. The site I need help with is hidden link.
Symptoms:
Media items are missing from the WPML Media Translation list. After initiating media translation, German pages are not opening.

Why are some media items not showing up in WPML Media Translation?
How can I fix the issue of German pages not opening after starting media translation?
