Hi there,

Please review the following thread by my colleague:
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-does-not-allow-me-to-translate-images-if-image-sizes-are-disabled/

Apply the workaround provided by our team and let me know your results.

hello,

I'm surprised by the provided solution because the occurred after one of the updates of WPML.
Also, reading your solution, it's needed to edit php and that's not something a normal webdesigner like me can do.

As translating is the MAIN FEATURE of WPML, I expected a fast update that fixes this issue.

Hi there,

Our developers team has recognized this issue and has an open development ticket that will resolve this in the future release of WPML, as with anything when it comes to development this has to be done in a proper way and released along with the next sprint.

In the meantime, we have provided a workaround which is shared in the thread.

if you are not comfortable adding the php code our team is more than happy to assist you, please let me know if you would rather us log in and do this for you.
