I have made a spanish translation for the site but the menu in the header is all good in the original language but in the translated version it doesnt work. I have been trying with AI help for many hours without luck. I am using blocksy pro theme.

Thank you for contacting us.

To better understand the issue, could you please clarify how the menu was created in the default language? For example, was it created using the standard WordPress menu system under Appearance → Menus, or is it managed through the theme (Blocksy header builder) or another builder/plugin?

Also, please confirm if the menu itself has been translated. In WPML, menus usually need to be translated separately for each language. You can check this under WPML → WP Menus Sync or by editing the menu and creating its translation.

Once I have this information, I will be able to guide you further.

Hello,

The menu was created in the menu called blocksy and than content blocked. I have created a content block there with 3 columns and 2 rows, and it showes all my product categories in a design i made. This content block is added to menu 1 indented under my shop page and set as mega menu.
You can see it at hidden link.

Thank you for the clarification, that helps.

In this case, please make sure that the Content Block you created for the mega menu is also translated into the second language.

You can do this by going to WPML → Translation Dashboard and sending the Content Block for translation. After translating it, please also re-translate the Shop page. If the Shop page is a template, make sure that the template is translated as well and correctly assigned in the secondary language.
