Hi,
Recently, we have an issue with updating the menu on our website. Our website has translations to 6 languages with the help of your plugin, and during the update of the Spanish version of the menu user changed the text of one of the links and clicked save. The menu view simply froze, and after some time, the browser showed the 'Aw, snap..' notification
After that user reloads the browser, but the Spanish menu version simply disappeared from the UI, both the footer and the main menu, and additionally polish main menu disappeared as well.

I was trying to add the menu with the same naming 'Main menu ES' and 'Footer menu ES,' as it was named before, but WordPress says that this name conflicts with the other menu name wich is odd - does this mean that the missing menu still exists in the database tables?

Summarizing the information above, I need help restoring the menu of spanish version and the Polish menu as well wich has gone after the browser has frozen. Additionaly I need the confirmation from you that you will implement the fix to your plugin wich will avoid such issues in the future.

Let me know what the next steps are and what other information you need from my side
