Hi Kor,
Thanks for the follow-up. To avoid any issues caused by differences in themes or plugins, you can take a backup of the site I shared and work directly there. This way, since several plugins and a different theme are installed, the problem can be reviewed and fixed without obstacles caused by these differences.

Thanks for your patience. I don't have a solution for this and I will need to escalate this further to our 2nd Tier Support for further assistance. I will come back to you once I've feedback.
