[Resolved] Mixing text Chinese Text and English Text

Problem: The client updated a string from English to Chinese, but it did not appear on the frontend; instead, the text reverted to English. Solution: We recommend following these steps to resolve the issue: 1. Navigate to WPML -> String Translation. 2. Open the "Not seeing strings that you are looking for?" tab. 3. Click on "Admin Texts Translation". 4. Search for the needed strings. 5. Select the strings. 6. Click on the "Add to String Translation" button. 7. Then click on the "« Return to String Translation" link. 8. Translate the strings, clear the cache, and check the frontend. Background of the issue:
I updated the string on English text to Chinese, but it didn't appear on the frontend. It was normal before, but now the text is back to English. Please help fix it.

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
1- Go to WPML-> String Translation
2- Open the "Not seeing strings that you are looking for?" tab
3- Click "Admin Texts Translation"
4- Search for the needed strings
5- Select the strings
6- Click on the "Add to String Translation" button
7- Then click on the "« Return to String Translation" link
8- Translate the strings, clear the cache, and check the front end
1- Go to the wp-content-> Languages-> wpml folder
2- Delete the files with a .PHP extension
3- Go to WPML-> String Translation
4- Re-translate the problematic strings
