Molongui Authorship - Author description translation from ST not showing up on author page

WPML Supporter since 12/2018 Languages: English (English ) Spanish (Español ) German (Deutsch ) Timezone: America/Lima (GMT-05:00)	On a copy of your site, the issue persists when testing only with the Houzez Patent Theme and the plugins Houzez Theme - Functionality, Redux Framework, WPML Multilingual CMS, and WPML String Translation. I need your cooperation on this matter, as we need to try to recreate the issue on a test site for further internal escalation of this issue. I can provide the test site including WPML, but will need you to install the latest versions of: - Houzez Theme - Houzez Theme - Functionality - Redux Framework Would it be possible for you to provide the theme and those plugins in their latest available versions for testing?

How are you calling those fields on the author page? hidden link (empty page) Please recreate the issue exactly in the same way as on your website or let me know how you are displaying those fields.

damienC-18	The author box requires to have Elementor Pro installed and activated, which I did, as you can see on this page: hidden link I've also installed and activated the foundational plugins to work with the Houzez theme, that I also updated to the last version as of this morning, version 3. So now the page has the correct translation of the author box infos: English: hidden link German: hidden link This is also how it works, correctly, on my website. For SEO reasons, I need to have my Agent "Agent" being the Author of my content. So here I've created an agent, and linked his Agent ID, 69, to the Agent ID's field in the infos of Author "Demo". This allow to have an Author page which is also an Agent page: hidden link Now, from here, I've tried to replicate how I've been able to create a translated copy of this page but I don't remember. I think we should first deactivate the WPML translation feature by fields to replace it with the "translating independantly" like in my website. Maybe after that we could make a German translation and see if the issue is similar as on my website or not. Can you help at this stage please?

damienC-18	To use the author box in Elementor Pro you use the Author Box widget (screenshot 1). This author page was created with the aforementioned plugins required to use Houzez theme, following what I explained in my previous post: I created an Agent and entered Agent ID in the Agent ID field of the Author. What step exactly can I help you understand more precisely?

It seems to me that we are not able to translate this author page but I see that it works on your site: hidden link Do you maybe recall how you made this author page available in the second language, as I am stuck at this step? In case not, then please confirm, as it seems to be that we currently have an issue with making these author pages available in second languages. I will then escalate this issue internally for further revision.
