My site was setup for Pay As You Go and had credits and now it's reverted to Prepaid Credits

johnM-92	Background of the issue: I moved my site to a new server and now all my Pay As You Go credits are gone. The domain is the same now, but I did access it from a different domain for a few moments. I copied my site to new hosting, checked everything was OK using server URL, then pointed my domain to the new hosting. Symptoms: WPML says my site is using Prepaid Credits and all my Pay As You Go credits are gone. Questions: Why did my Pay As You Go credits disappear after moving my site to a new server? How can I restore my Pay As You Go credits on WPML?

Background of the issue:
