Background of the issue:
I am trying to display my product images on the Frontend, but it's always the old pictures that are displaying. Here is the link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
My Woocommerce product featured image are changed in the backend - but display hold one on the Frontend.

Questions:
Why are the old product images displaying on the Frontend even though I changed them in the backend?
How can I ensure the updated product images are displayed on the Frontend?

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're experiencing. After reviewing the product you shared, I noticed that both the English and French versions of the product are displaying the same image. I didn't notice any difference in the images between the two versions. Please take a look at the attached screenshot for reference.

However, sometimes due to caching or synchronization issues, the image may not appear correctly on the frontend. If this happens, please follow these steps:

1. Open the default product in the Editor and ensure that the product translation has been updated after adding the image.
2. Clear the cache from your site and browser, then check the frontend. It’s also a good idea to test in the browser's incognito mode.
3. If the updated image still doesn’t appear in the translation, go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Support tab (make sure the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin is active to see this tab).
4. Scroll down and click on the Troubleshooting link.
5. Once the troubleshooting page loads, select Sync products "gallery images" and click the Start button.

I hope the steps above will help. Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hello There,
Thank you for the updates.

Since the issue is occurring with the default product as well, it might be caused by caching or a conflict with another plugin.

Could you please clear the caches from your site properly and then check again? If the server-level caching is enabled, please make sure to clear the caches from there as well.

If the issue persists, please disable all other plugins on your site except for WPML, String Translation, WooCommerce, and WooCommerce Multilingual. Then, check if the issue still occurs. If disabling the plugins resolves the issue, start reactivating the plugins one by one, checking after each activation to see if the issue with images reappears on the frontend. This process will help identify the root cause of the problem.

Please let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
