Background of the issue:
I am trying to register new strings for translation in my theme localisation. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. I expected to see the text 'ECO FRIENDLY' and 'Only high quality natural materials' recognised in the localisation. The text domain is correct, and I have checked it multiple times. Additionally, on product sale pages, the text 'Final sale items are excluded from returns' is not recognised.
Symptoms:
0 strings found. Plugin scans also result in 0 strings found.

Why are new strings not being recognised in theme localisation?
