Yes, that is possible that it is related to the version. I do not have a copy of the same version you have. I have requested it from our compatibiilty team, but it could take some time to hear back from the author. In the meantime, if you can upload a copy of your version to the test site, I'll be happy to test it there. You can use a plugin like this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/download-plugins-dashboard/ to download a copy of the updated plugins, then remove the older ones from my test site and install the new ones there.

Let me know if you are able to do that and I'll be happy to test further. If I hear back with the latest versions from the author, I will let you know here.

Hey Lauren,

Updating the plugin caused the sandbox to crash.
I have supplied the most recent version of the plugin here: hidden link

Can you make the link private?

I have installed WPML and Newspaper theme on a test site, which you can log into using this link: hidden link

Please create a header there and let's see if we are able to reproduce the error on this test site. I was able to install the theme but not import demo content or templates due to the site not being assigned.

Also, the links in the ticket are automatically private to anyone other than yourself or our support team.

Hey Lauren!

I have purchased an extra licence and have assigned your staging website. I have imported the exact demo that we are using and I have set Cloud Templates as translatable and only see the Gütenberg editor.

How do i proceed from here?

Kind regards

I was able to edit the header with tagdiv composer. As you can see, I just updated the text unde the GOSSIP logo. I added the word "updated" in English and then duplicated the header to Spanish. I then edited the Spanish version with the WordPress editor, clicked to use the tagdiv composer, and changed the word "updated" to "translated". I can now see the different word in each header:

So it doesn't appear to be a general bug with tagDiv Composer. Can you try these same steps on your live site? Are all the versions of the plugins the same now?

Hey Lauren,

I am able to edit your header content as normal. I am unable to edit it at our installation.
I have updated all plugins, i have the exact same installation, i have downgraded all the plugins. But the error persists. I have escalated the issue to the theme builder.

Thank you for your service i will keep you up to date!
