Background of the issue:
I am trying to edit a translation line in the WPML translation editor on WPML sites I manage, but it does not work and gives a blank page. This issue is present across all WPML-sites I manage. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link.

Deactivating all other plugins does not solve the issue. The issue is not on any on my sites, but on the WPML translation site, where the texts are transported to.

Symptoms:
1. It is not possible to edit any of the lines in the translation editor, resulting in a blank page. 2. It is not possible to translate paragraphs, which results in breaking up the paragraph into single lines on the post, making it almost unreadable.

Questions:
Why am I getting a blank page when trying to edit a translation line in the WPML translation editor?
Why is the paragraph translation breaking up into single lines?

We tried reproducing this using Firefox on MacOS and it worked:

So most likely something within your setup, maybe some addon or similar.

Hi Bruno

Thank you for looking into this. It is neither an issue for all browsers, nor for my site, as this involves only your site and a browser. I assume you refer to browser addons? From the past I recall issues with Firefox cache. A fresh install of Firefox will not have the same issues as a long-used version as the cache builds up on several locations. You might have no problems with Firefox, but I can still have issues.

The issues started simultaneously to WPML introducing a newer ATE. Firefox worked fine before that. I will investigate the Firefox set-up. For now, I have a workaround and that is a relief. Thank you. This ticket can be closed while I further investigate.
