I was working with WPML on my wesbite when, after updating a Footer, I got the following message: "No healthy upstream".
The website crashed but came back after a few minutes. However once back the WPML plugin was gone and nowhere to be found. WPML is also gone from the "Add new plugin" area and the website behaves as if it never existed.
I reinstalled the plugin with the zip files but all translations are gone.

Hello,
The most common reasons for this error are:
- Unknown bugs or caches.
- Misconfigured DNS settings.
Could you please make a copy/staging of the website and try running the website with minimal setup to see if the problem persists?
1) Disable any additional plugins that have nothing to do with WPML and its add-ons.
2) If the issue goes away, start reactivating plugins one at a time or reactivate them in small groups. In this way, check where the problem occurs again to see the plugin that is causing the problem.
3) If this did not resolve the cause of the problem, please switch to a standard topic such as TwentySeventeen to see if the problem may be related to the topic.
Once we have identified the cause, we can attempt to replicate the problem and escalate it internally. In this case, I provide a test site with WPML.
Please let me know if you cannot set up a copy of your website.
Best regards
Andreas
