No options in Language Mapping

Ariel	Background of the issue: I am trying to use automatic translation on my site, so I wanted to map the languages I currently use, which are Spanish and English. You can see the issue at this link: hidden link. Symptoms: In the last column, I expected to see options in the select box for mapping languages, but instead, I got no options for mapping. Questions: Why are there no options available for language mapping in the select box? How can I enable or fix the language mapping options for automatic translation?
