I am trying to: Edit the page with WPML

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: Any page is impossible. e.g. About Us hidden link

I expected to see: A page with 2 giant columns where I could do the translation

Instead, I got: redirected to other unrelated pages e.g. Account

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

I have checked your debug information and here are some things that you need to attend to.

1. I have observed that the PHP limit for your "WP Memory Limit" is lower than the recommended 256MB or the required 128MB, as mentioned in the documentation found at: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/. To resolve this, I kindly request that you contact your hosting provider and request an increase in the PHP value for you.

2. Please update the WPML plugins to the latest version.

3. Please check and see if there a connection issue as explained here https://wpml.org/faq/wpml-plugin-cannot-connect-to-wpml-org/

4. Navigate to WordPress > Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab. Deregister the sitekey and re-register a new site key.

Let me know if the above solves the issue you had there.
