I am trying to: Link to a page where the issue can be seen: dunhuanggate.com I expected to see: when i logged-in as admin user, each time i viewed any woocommerce products on frontend, the product options shows mandarin / malay language properly. Instead, I got: if i'm not logged in as administrator, those woocommerce product page, it will show the product options titles in mandarin or malay (depending on my selected language) but within a few seconds, it loads back to english option titles |

Hi there, Thanks for contacting WPML support. I've checked your product page here in "Malay" and I'm able to see the options change to English after the page has been fully loaded hidden link . Please try the following troubleshooting method and see if it helps: 1. Disable all the plugins except the WPML and Woocommerce related ones from your WordPress Dashboard > Plugins and see if the issue is gone, if so, activate one plugin at a time until the culprit one is found. 2. Temporary change to a default WordPress theme such as the ‘TwentySeventeen’ theme from your WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Themes menu. If the issue persists, please check with the plugin author and see if their plugin is compatible with WPML and if not, you can share this article with them https://wpml.org/documentation/support/achieving-wpml-compatibility-for-your-themes-and-plugins/ for more information. I hope it helps and let us know how it goes. Thanks! Kor |

i did 1. and 2. but the problem is still the same. can you show me how to add those Uni CPO Option Titles into String Translation ? i tried to detect those strings using "Auto register strings for translation", i load the product page on frontend, but those english strings / mandarin strings are not registered. this is a custom taxonomy from Uni CPO. i can't even add the transation in Taxonomy translation page. |

Hi there, Thanks for your reply. Looking at your Website again, it looks like to me you've translated the "Uni CPO Option Titles" string correctly. However, there seems to be a problem with displaying the correct language when switching language. I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP), preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed. IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons, and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/ plugin for these backup needs. Your following answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it. ✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if required. This is also a reason the backup is critical. Thanks! Kor |

Hi there, Thanks for your reply. I've checked your Website and I think it's probably some glitch with the "Uni CPO" plugin. I removed this "option" hidden link and it fixed it. I've attached a screenshot for your reference. Could you please check? This is the test page : Thanks! Kor |
