Not all sites are translated automatically after changes

claraA-3	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate the site hidden link. I made some changes to this specific landing page, but the translations for English and Spanish aren't loading. Symptoms: The changes I made are not reflected in the English and Spanish translations. I expected to see the changes here: hidden link, but they are not appearing on the translated page: hidden link. Questions: Why aren't the changes I made to the landing page appearing in the English and Spanish translations? How can I ensure that changes to the original page are automatically reflected in the translated versions?
