Often keywords are not translated in the ATE

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client reported that keywords and titles are not being translated in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) for the French and Spanish languages, with over 90% of cases requiring manual translation.
Solution:
We requested the client to provide screenshots of the keywords that are not available or translated in ATE. We also added a test keyword 'wpml test keyword' to a product on the client's staging site and confirmed that it is translated properly in ATE. If you're experiencing similar issues, we recommend checking if the problem persists and providing screenshots or examples to help us diagnose the issue more effectively.

antoniusP-2	Notes : below - if you hear, see this more often [on other websites], perhaps worthwhile = discuss this with business development = if you think this is worthwhile Other comment = More business development I think [also], often keywords are not translated in the ATE, for the French Language [over 90% of cases - I translate those manually then - if I see a page again, myself with a browser tool. But the ATE simply does not translate those, like stated over 90% of cases. [[[Same for "Titles" in the Spanish Language = later one does not happen that often - I have not checked that regular, so I am not sure, how often] and if this is incidental.

Can you please share some screenshots of the keyword that isn't available/translated in ATE? I add a keyword "wpml test keyword" to the product on the staging site hidden link and it is translated in ATE properly. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks

antoniusP-2	Dear Mr Long, You see that the focus keywords are the same in English as in French, this is in contract to other languages: Examples: = Jungle lodges versus [French = pavillons dans la jungle] = Rainforest Lodge in Costa Rica versus [French] = lodges dans la forêt tropicale du Costa Rica Thanks and regards, TT Example 2 with Translation [as ATE copied only French keywords, I did translation myself and copied it in the WPML ATE The second screenshot is product 5-in-1 best jungle tour, I translated the keywords myself in French I often see, when a new page is translated, the French is not working, for me it does not matter, consider the case closed, as I know, and translate French myself. I also happend before often, when keywords, list contain keyworks, like cahuita park cahuita national park cahuita tours In that case, sometimes it helps, to put a different keyword between in, not like 3 times, cahuita as ATE stops translating in that case Regards, Ton
